Outcome recording moves off ad-hoc client writes directly to ivf_cycles onto a dedicated, audited outcome-event model — every outcome change is logged with actor and timestamp rather than silently overwriting the cycle row. Eliminates a class of bug where recomputation could null out a real recorded outcome or a previously captured beta hCG value.

New follow-up worklist surfaces cycles due for an outcome check based on modality-aware maturity windows (time since transfer/insemination), so nothing falls through the cracks between procedure and result.

Live-birth-rate and clinical-pregnancy-rate analytics are computed off the real event stream, banded by patient age, and counted only against the matured cohort (cycles old enough to have a known outcome) rather than every cycle ever started — avoiding the inflated-rate trap of counting too-recent cycles as failures.
